Executive function refers to a set of skills that help us to plan ahead, meet goals, display self-control, and stay focused despite distractions, among others.
With regards to coaching, I help clients adopt an experimental attitude towards their own life so that they can find what strategies work best for them, without being restrained by the fear of failure.
Holistic schedule design
Everyone has their own unique way of functioning, so sometimes trying to fit into a system designed by someone else can prove to be challenging. This can cause negative emotions towards your own ability to be organised, and may harm your self-image further.
I believe in catering to each brain on a personal level. Based on my experience working with a variety of time/project management strategies, I help design individual strategies that work around pre-existing habits and behaviours.
Self-esteem and confidence building
Strengthening confidence and self-esteem is a continuous process that greatly impacts multiple fundamental areas of a person’s life. Whether you’re looking to have greater executive presence in your workplace, to building your own conviction to reach out to clients, or simply to not overthink your own thoughts, I support clients in assessing and improving their confidence step by step.
